Driving guide for material powder tank trucks

1. Do not overspeed or overpressure when driving bulk cement trucks. Overspeed and overpressure will seriously damage the air compressor. The maximum speed of this machine can be found in the main technical parameter table, and the working pressure is 0.2MPa.
2. Do not start or stop the air compressor quickly, but increase or decrease the speed slowly, otherwise, the impact pressure will damage the air compressor.
3. Do not change the rotation direction of the air compressor, otherwise, the oil pump will seriously damage the machine if it does not supply oil.
4. Do not stop the air compressor before decompression, otherwise, the powder and granular materials may flow back into the cylinder, causing serious damage to the air compressor.
5. Check the oil mark before starting the machine. The oil level must not be lower than the lower limit of the oil mark; check whether the oil pump is supplying oil frequently. If it is not supplying oil, stop the machine immediately for inspection, otherwise, lack of oil will seriously damage the air compressor.
6. Replace the lubricating oil on schedule. After the new machine is used for 30 hours, drain the oil in the crankcase, clean the inside of the crankcase and the oil filter, and then change the oil. Change the oil once a year as mentioned above.
7. Check and clean the oil filter. Normally, check and clean it once a quarter. If the machine is used frequently, check and clean it once a month.
8. The lubricant used in this machine is CD40 diesel engine oil. It is forbidden to mix lubricants of different brands, otherwise the lubricant will deteriorate and affect the lubrication effect.
9. Maintain and clean the air filter element every 30 hours of work. While rotating the filter element, blow it from the inside to the outside with compressed air with a pressure of less than 0.6MPa. After five maintenances, please replace the filter element with a new one. It is strictly forbidden to clean the filter element with oil or water.
